Do you have an idea to create a business that provides solutions and delivers value? Do you aspire to be an entrepreneur in contact with other entrepreneurs in the Maghreb and across the world? Maghreb Startup invites you to present your ideas for creating an innovative business that will generate value and have a positive impact on society.
You may have an opportunity to access training and mentoring as part of the competition process that will help you convert your ideas into a viable business plan. Winners in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia will be eligible to receive up to $US 10,000 in cash prizes after registering a business and start-up support such as mentoring. One team will have an opportunity to participate in the Intel Global Challenge.

Education For Employment (EFE) has joined forces as part of the U.S. – North Africa Partnership for Economic Opportunity (NAPEO) with leading nonprofits and entrepreneurs in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia who are all dedicated to creating greater opportunity for aspiring young entrepreneurs. The Fondation du Jeune Entrepreneur (Morocco), and the Algerian Startup Initiative (Algeria), and EFE-Tunisia and Wiki Start Up (Tunisia) are working together to bring you this first-ever Maghreb startup initiative for young entrepreneurs. In each country there will be boot camps, competitions that reach interior regions, cash prize awards and startup support. Representatives from winning teams will come together for an exchange and further training.
